In accordance with Rule 2.9 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Ladbrokes Coral hereby confirms that, as at 14 February 2018, it had 1,948,123,459 ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
