Disclosure of RSA Insurance Group plc ("RSA") securities in issue pursuant to Rule 2.9

 

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), and further to the announcement made by RSA on 5 November 2020, RSA confirms that as at the date of this announcement, it has in issue 1,034,650,240 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1 each. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the Ordinary Shares is GB00BKKMKR23. RSA has in place a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary receipts ("ADR") programme. One RSA ADR represents one RSA ordinary share, and as at the date of this announcement, RSA has 1,883,254 RSA ADRs in issue. The ADRs are traded over the counter.
