Disclosure of Sigma Capital Group plc ("Sigma") securities in issue pursuant to Rule 2.9.

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), Sigma confirms that, as at 5 August 2021, it has in issue 95,559,623 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Sigma does not hold any shares in treasury.

The increase in the number of ordinary shares results from the issue of 5,781,457 ordinary shares in connection with an exercise of share options under Sigma's approved share option scheme, unapproved share option scheme and unapproved share option award on a "cashless exercise" basis.

The International Securities Identification Number for Sigma ordinary shares is GB0004225073.
