Disclosure of Sigma Capital Group plc securities in issue pursuant to Rule 2.9.

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), Sigma confirms that, as at 28 July 2021, it has in issue 89,778,166 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Sigma does not hold any shares in treasury.

The increase in the number of ordinary shares results from the issue of 119,500 ordinary shares in connection with an exercise of share options under Sigma's unapproved share option scheme at a price of 7.5p per share.

The International Securities Identification Number for Sigma ordinary shares is GB0004225073.
