Disclosure of RSA Insurance Group plc ("RSA") securities in issue pursuant to Rule 2.9

 

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), RSA confirms that, as at 16 December 2020, it has in issue 1,035,234,855 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1 each. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the Ordinary Shares is GB00BKKMKR23.

 

RSA has in place a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary receipts ("ADR") programme. One RSA ADR represents one RSA ordinary share, and as at the date of this announcement, RSA has 1,814,807 RSA ADRs in issue. The ADRs are traded over the counter. The trading symbol for the RSA ADRs is RSNAY and the ISIN is US74971A2069.

 

This corrects the number of RSA ADRs disclosed in the announcement on 15 December 2020 which stated that RSA had 1,863,254 RSA ADRs in issue as at 14 December 2020.
