§ Thalassa confirms that it has 9,726,707 ordinary shares of US$0.01 in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) with International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) VGG878801031; and

§ Rock Solid Image Plc's public announcements indicate that it has 158,178,915 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding ordinary shares held in treasury) with International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) GB0034272194.
