Rule 2.10 Announcement

Exercise of share options and issue of new ordinary shares

As required by Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Bioquell PLC announces that it has issued 82,761 ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Shares") following the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes. The Shares have been admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the issue of the Shares, the Company has 42,662,385 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Code, as at the date of this announcement, the Company has 42,662,385 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue."
