Rule 2.10 Announcement

Result of Tender Offer

Bioquell PLC announces following the closing of its tender offer, announced earlier today, 20,405,814 ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Shares") were validly tendered to N+1 Singer for subsequent purchase and cancellation by the Company.

Following the cancellation of the Shares, the Company has 22,938,059 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Code, as at the date of this announcement, the Company confirms that it has 22,938,059 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue."
