Murray VCT 3 PLC23 June 2005 For immediate release: 23 June 2005 Murray VCT 3 plc (the "Company") The Board notes the announcement released today by Murray VCT 2 plc which statesthat the directors of that company have begun to examine in detail thefeasibility of merging the interests of Murray VCT 2 plc with Murray VCT plc andMurray VCT plc 3. As a result of this announcement the Company is now in an offer period under theCity Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "City Code"). Therefore, in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code the Company announcesthat it has in issue 39,952,670 ordinary shares of 10p each.
