Rule 2.10 Announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company announces that as at 1 May 2013 it has in issue and admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange 104,246,680 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The International Securities Identification Number for the ordinary shares is GB00B44JTH01.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
