DNO ASA ("DNO" or "the Company") announces that further to the offer for Faroe Petroleum plc ("Faroe") which was declared wholly unconditional on 11 January 2019 it has duly confirmed in writing to The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers that it has complied with its post-offer statements of intent made pursuant to Rules 2.7 (c) (iv) and 24.2 of the Code as originally set out in its offer document dated 12 December 2018.
