ROSSETI announces 3M2021 RAS financial results

Moscow, 30 April 2021 - PJSC ROSSETI ("ROSSETI" or "the Company", Moscow Exchange, LSE: RSTI), managing subsidiaries and affiliates in the field of transmission and distribution of electricity, announces its financial results for 3M2021 under the Russian Accounting Standards (RAS). 

The Company's RAS statements are prepared on a standalone basis and do not include the results of ROSSETI's subsidiaries or affiliated companies that operate as independent legal entities.

The net loss of 3M2021 decreased to 11 205 million RUB, which is lower than the amount of the same period of last year. The Company's net profit adjusted for the revaluation of financial instruments amounted to 98 million RUB. The revaluation has a non-monetary nature and was performed in accordance with Russian accounting legislation.
