· Quorum conditions for the second convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. has not been achieved on March 18, 2014.

On March 18, 2014, the second convening of the EGMS of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. from March 17, 2014 has been held.

According to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph 10 of the Articles of Incorporation of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A., at the second convening of EGMS must be present the shareholders holding at least one quarter of the total number of voting rights and the decisions are taken by majority of votes held by the shareholders present or represented.

The statutory requirements for holding the EGMS were not met at the second meeting of March 18, 2014.
