Roll Over of Loan Notes

 

Sorbic International plc (AIM:SORB), a leading sorbates producer in China, announces that the required majority of holders of A and B Loan Notes have agreed to amend the terms of the Loan Note Instrument ("LNI") such that the redemption date is now 31 December 2014.

 

Key new terms of the LNI:

 

· A repayment premium equal to 10% of the principal amount outstanding if the principal is repaid between 1 September 2014 and 31 October 2014

 

· A repayment premium equal to 20% of the principal amount outstanding if the principal is repaid between 1 November 2014 and 31 December 2014

 

· Redemption date of 31 December 2014.

 

All other terms of the LNI remain the same.
