RM PLC01 May 2007 1st May 2007 RM triumphs in HDI Support Excellence Awards 2007 RM's frontline customer support team has been named the Help Desk SupportExcellence Team in the prestigious 2007 Help Desk Institute (HDI) awards. HDI isan international organisation, representing both internal and external ITsupport organisations and its annual awards are fiercely contested byprofessional support teams. RM has been shortlisted for the Support Excellence Team in each of the lastthree years and was named winner of the 2007 award at a ceremony in London on 26April 2007. HDI states that the key criteria for the award are a company that'provides great service to its customers' as well as 'innovative ways ofproviding service and great value in support of customers'.
