LiteBulb's Rizon Studios branding agency enters into strategic partnership with Evolution USA &

Rizon Studios secures UK & Ireland merchandise licensing rights for Miramax

 

LiteBulb (AIM: LBB), the provider of innovative product solutions from identification through to retail distribution, announces that its creative brand agency, Rizon Studios, has entered into a strategic partnership with premier licensing agency, U.S. based Evolution USA, LLC ("Evolution").

 

LiteBulb also announces that under this strategic partnership Rizon Studios will serve as international sub-agent in the U.K. and Ireland, with exclusive development and licensing rights for the acclaimed Miramax catalogue of more than 700 feature film titles, including: Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2, Sin City, Halloween, Hellraiser, Chicago, Swingers, Gangs of New York and Jackie Brown.

 

Evolution's President of Licensing & Retail, Travis J. Rutherford, commented, "We were drawn to Rizon because of their background in delivering world-class global brand extensions through the way they think, how they interpret that graphically and how this translates to licensed product at the consumer level. We are thrilled about the partnership and the infinite possibilities it creates for both organisations."

In connection with this announcement, Rizon Studios will expedite existing plans to launch a new Licensing Division alongside its highly successful Creative Division and Brand Management Division.

 

Referring to the launch of the new division Collins and Dixon stated, "We decided to move Rizon Studios into the AIM-listed LiteBulb Group to facilitate exactly this type of expansion, which is highly unorthodox in our industry, but perfectly logical."

 

Alongside the new Licensing Division, Rizon Studios will continue to lead the creative field, helping I.P. owners to monetise brands outside their core markets through imaginative, consumer-facing campaigns.
