In accordance with paragraph 12.6.4 R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following transfers of ordinary shares out of treasury:
1. 157,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were today transferred out of treasury to participants in its Dunelm Group Approved Share Option Plan and Dunelm Group Executive Share Option Plan.
2. The highest price paid for a share was £0.621
3. The lowest price paid for a share was £0.46.
4. Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 636,444 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares.
5. The total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 200,154,956.
