Rights Issue - Supplementary Prospectus
Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) has today lodged with ASIC a Supplementary Prospectus relating to its non-renounceable rights issue to raise a maximum of $10 million.
The Supplementary Prospectus contains updated information relating to the Company's project to develop micro combined heat and power (mCHP) products for the Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg markets.
There is no change to the rights issue timetable or the dates set out in the original Prospectus lodged on 12 March 2009.
The Supplementary Prospectus has been filed with ASX and will also be available at www.cfcl.com.au. The Supplementary Prospectus and a new personalised entitlement form will be mailed to holders entitled to participate in the rights issue in the next few days.
The Company will also shortly be sending a letter with details of the project update to shareholders who received the 'Circular' for the Overseas Offer. There is also no change to the timetable or the details of that Offer.
