Richard Snow to be Acting Chief Financial OfficerLadbrokes announces today that following the departure of Chief Financial Officer, Ian Bull, at the end of February 2016, announced on 16 September, Richard Snow will take over as Acting CFO. He will not be a director of Ladbrokes plc.Richard will be in post until the proposed merger with Coral completes next year following clearance by the CMA, at which point as previously announced Paul Bowtell will become Ladbrokes Coral's CFO and a director of the Company.Ends
