Having stayed at IHG beyond his normal retirement age of 60 to assist with therestructuring of the EMEA region, including the transition of over 100 owned orleased hotels to management and franchise contracts, Richard has now decided toretire and leave IHG next year in September 2007, at which point he will alsostep down from IHG's Board of Directors.
