Rexam PLC final dividend record date

Rexam PLC announces that the final dividend of 8.0 pence per share proposed in its full year results announcement today will be paid, subject to shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2011, on 7 June 2011 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 13 May 2011. The ex-dividend date will be 11 May 2011.
