Revolving Credit Facility

Be Heard Group plc (AIM: BHRD), the digital marketing services group, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agreement with Barclays Bank in respect of a £3m Revolving Credit Facility (the "Facility") maturing in June 2020.

As mentioned in our update to the market on 7th February, the Facility will be used as longer term funding as the Company continues to execute its growth strategy.
