Revolving Credit Facility

Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a £25 million revolving loan facility agreement with Shawbrook Bank Limited ("the Facility"). The Facility is for a one-year period to 13 November 2019.

The Company intends to use the Facility to minimise unused cash balances in order to improve returns to shareholders. The Company does not intend to use permanent leverage but will use the Facility as and when necessary in order to best manage the Company's ongoing liquidity requirements.
