Revision of the composition of the Board of Directors' committees

On 13 May 2020 the Board of Directors decided the following changes in the composition of Board of Directors' consultative committees, starting with 13 May 2020 and until 31 December 2020:

In the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Gicu Iorga is elected to replace Ms. Ramona Ungur, the composition of the committee being:
