Revised Total Voting Rights

The Company published a Total Voting Rights Announcement on 31 March 2011. This contained an error as to the number of shares in issue. It should have disclosed a total number of 1,532,631,329 ordinary shares of 1p each; the original announcement quoted a figure of 1,532,646,098.

Therefore in conformity with the UK Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) Booker hereby provides notification that the Company's issued share capital now consists of 1,532,631,329 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights.

Booker does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Booker Group plc is 1,532,631,329.

The above figure 1,532,631,329 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Booker under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
