Revised Total Voting Rights

This announcement corrects details contained in RNS announcement 6998K which was released at 8.36 am on 1 August 2013. The corrections relate to the number of shares in issue, the nominal value of the shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company. All other information remains the same.

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("Rules"), we notify the market of the following:

The Company's share capital is now 63,858,420 shares of three and five ninths (3 5/9th) pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 63,858,420.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
