Revised Publication Date For The Annual Report
Further to the announcement released on 30 April 2020, the Company further announces a revised publication date for its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019. The Board of RDL Realisation plc has agreed with Crowe UK LLP, the Company's auditor, that the Company will not be in a position to publish its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 by close of business on 29 May 2020. The Company is working together with Crowe UK LLP to finalise the valuation work and expects that the audited accounts will be published no later than 5 June 2020.
