Revised Notice of Results

Due to Covid impacting resources, RBG Holdings plc announces that the Company's auditors have requested an extension to the timetable for the approval of the results for the year ended 31 December 2021, which were to be announced on 29 March 2022.

As a result of this request, the Company now expects there to be a short delay in the publication of its results and will make a further announcement when a new date has been confirmed.

The Board expects the results for the year ended 31 December 2021 to be consistent with the Company's Trading Statement issued on 26 January 2022, and market expectations.

As such, the Group has two types of litigation assets - Rosenblatt's own client matters, and litigation matters run by third-party solicitors. LionFish is positioned to be a unique, alternative provider to the traditional litigation funders.
