Revised Annual General Meeting Date and Revised Dividend Timetable

Nature Group Plc, a provider of port reception facilities and waste water treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces that its Annual General Meeting will now be held on 14 July 2011 and as a result Nature also announces a revised dividend timetable which replaces the timetable announced on 2 June 2011.

Under the revised dividend timetable, Nature's proposed final gross dividend of 0.7 pence per ordinary share, announced in its preliminary results on 25 May 2011, will be payable to shareholders on 21 July 2011 with a record date of 10 June 2010, subject to shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting on 14 July 2011.
