ATA Group PLC02 March 2006 Following its announcement dated 30 January of the death of Clive Chapman, ChiefExecutive, the Board of ATA Group Plc engaged in a continuing review of theimplications of his loss including current trading and board composition. Thisincludes a review of the options open to the Board to ensure continuing growthof the Company's businesses and further strategic development of the Group. The announcement of 30 January has of itself led to a number of early stageproposals of varying structures from third parties, which are being reviewed bythe Board and its nominated adviser, Williams de Broe. All of these proposalswill be carefully considered by the Board with a view to maximising shareholdervalue. For the avoidance of doubt, there have been no proposals received inrespect of an offer for the Company. Further announcements will be made as andwhen appropriate.
