Return of Capital

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that, following a board meeting held earlier today and as indicated in the announcement dated 1 March 2011, it was resolved to make a capital distribution of US$0.10 per share, equivalent to approximately US$6.5 million, to shareholders (the "Distribution").

It is intended that the Distribution will be paid on Friday 15 April 2011 to shareholders recorded on the register at the close of business on Friday 8 April 2011. The shares will be marked ex on Wednesday 6 April 2011.
