RETURN OF CAPITAL No. 12
The Board of Directors of SLF Realisation Fund Limited is pleased to announce that it has resolved to return an amount of: (i) 0.5 pence per share to Ordinary Shareholders, being £1.8m based on the current number of ordinary shares in issue; and (ii) 2.25 pence per share to C Shareholders, being £3.1m based on the current number of C shares in issue (the "Distributions").
The Distributions will be effected by way of an issue of redeemable B shares and D shares to existing Ordinary Shareholders and C Shareholders, respectively, pro-rata to their shareholding on the record date set out below and the subsequent redemption of those shares.
It is expected that the timetable for the Distributions will be as follows:
Thursday 10 October 2024 | Ex-Date |
Friday 11 October 2024 | record date for shareholders on the register to receive B or D shares |
Monday 14 October 2024 | B shares issued pro-rata to Ordinary Shareholders on the register as at the record date D shares issued pro-rata to C Shareholders on the register as at the record date |
Monday 14 October 2023 | B shares immediately redeemed and cancelled D shares immediately redeemed and cancelled |
Monday 21 October 2024 | cheques in relation to the redemption payment sent to shareholders that hold their shares in certificated form |
Tuesday 22 October 2024 | redemption payment made through CREST to shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form |
Tuesday 22 October 2024 | payment date for CREST and certificated shareholders. |
All redemption payments will be paid gross of tax.
