The Board of Directors of EIH is pleased to announce that following the receipt of a distribution from EIF of US$ 1.53 million the board has resolved to make a capital distribution of US$0.025 per share, equivalent to approximately US$ 1.613 million, to shareholders (the "Distribution").

It is intended that the Distribution will be paid on 27 April 2017 to shareholders recorded on the register at the close of business on 20 April 2017. The shares will be marked ex on 19 April 2017.
