Winton's retirement comes as part of the ongoing evolution of the compositionof the Board as we move into the next phase of the development of BaseResources. Winton has been a director of Base since its inception and hasplayed a vital role in what has been a dynamic and transformational period. The Company provides the following required information: Upon his retirement, Mr Willesee held an interest in the following securitiesof the Company: - 595,834 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares - 300,000 Options exercisable at AU$0.09 on or before 9 July 2015 - 300,000 Options exercisable at AU$0.25 on or before 9 July 2015 Of the securities listed above, a total of 400,000 fully paid ordinary shareswere registered in the name of Silverinch Pty Ltd as trustee for the SilverinchSuperannuation Fund. The remaining securities were registered in the name ofAzalea Family Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for the Britt & Winton WilleseeFamily Trust.
