K3, which provides mission-critical software, cloud solutions and managed services to the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors, announces that further to the announcement on 27 March 2017, Lars-Olof Norrell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has now retired from the Board.

David Bolton, Chairman, commented:

"I would like to thank Lars-Olof for his valuable contributions to the Company as both Non-Executive Director and formerly as Non-Executive Chairman and, on behalf of the entire Board, wish him well on his retirement."
