Retirement of Non-Executive Director
Further to its announcement of 22 March 2017, James Cropper notifies that Doug Mitchell is retiring today as Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board wishes to thank Doug for his strong contributions over the five years of service with the Company.
The Company is in the process of searching for a new Non-Executive Director to fill the vacant post.
