Retirement of Non-executive Director

The Board of Numis announces that Tom Bartlam has informed the Board of his decision to retire as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 December 2013. Tom joined the Board in August 2005 and has been Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of both the Audit & Risk Committee and Nominations Committee since that date.

Sir David Arculus, Chairman, said:
