Retirement of Non-Executive Director

RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Greencore Group plc (the 'Company') announces today that Mr. Eric Nicoli, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will retire from the Board on 14 December 2017.

Ms. Sly Bailey will take up the role as Senior Independent Director immediately following Mr. Nicoli's retirement.

Speaking of Mr. Nicoli's retirement, Chairman, Gary Kennedy, said "Since being appointed to the Board in May 2010, Eric has provided an outstanding contribution. Personally, I would like to thank him for his dedication and wise counsel during his tenure with the Company".

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
