Retirement of Non-Executive Director
Non-Executive Director, Professor G Robert Bowker (65), has advised Centamin that he wishes to retire as a Non-Executive Director. His retirement as a director of the Company is effective from 26 January 2015.
Josef El-Raghy, Chairman of Centamin, commented:
"Bob has been involved with the Company since 2008 and during this time I and the Centamin team have benefited greatly from his insightful view of the political landscape in Egypt and the wider region.
