RETIREMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
Aminex PLC announces the retirement of its Finance Director Mr. Simon Butterfield at the end of this year, in order to pursue academic interests. Mr. Max Williams, currently Financial Controller and Company Secretary, will become Chief Financial Officer from 1January 2010.
Aminex Chairman Brian Hall said:
"Simon Butterfield has been Finance Director for 12 years and has made a major contribution to the development of the company and its international activities. We all wish him well in the academic career which he now intends to pursue. Max Williams, a Chartered Accountant, joined Aminex in 1994 and is a key member of our team. We can therefore be sure of a smooth transition. "
