Retirement of Directors
As noted in the Annual Report, the Company announces that Peter English and Michael Tinling retired as Directors of the Company at the conclusion of yesterday's AGM.
Michael Tinling will continue to act for the Company in the capacity of Company Secretary.
On behalf of all stakeholders, the Board thanks Peter and Michael for their contribution and wise counsel over the years and wishes them both well in the future.
