3Legs Resources plc ("3Legs" or "the Company") announces the following corporate update.

Retirement of directors

David Bremner, Richard Hills and Rod Perry retired as Directors of the Company on 31 December 2014, following expiry of their notice periods.

The Company still intends, in the absence of a suitable alternative course of action, to put itself into a solvent liquidation as soon as possible and in any event by 31 March 2015, to be followed by a final distribution to be made at the conclusion of the liquidation.

Tim Eggar, Chairman of 3Legs, said:

"The board would like to record its appreciation of the significant contributions made by the outgoing Directors over the period since the Company's initial public offering in 2011."
