Retirement of Directors
The Board announces today that Mr Leonard Sebastian and Mr Andrew Khoo, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held on 11 June 2012, and will not seek re-election. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Sebastian and Mr Khoo for the contribution that they have made during their tenure with the Company and to wish them well in their future.
