Retirement of Director

Churchill China plc announces the retirement from its Board of Rodney Kettel, effective today. Rodney has served as a Director of the Company since 1999 and has made a great contribution to the development of the Group. His friends and colleagues at Churchill wish him well on his retirement.

The Group is engaged in recruiting a further non-executive Director to take his place on the Board. An announcement in relation to this appointment will be made at the appropriate time.
