Retirement of Director
The Board of Astar announces that Dr. Anton Schrafl has informed the Company of his intention to retire from his position as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
The Board would like to extend their thanks to Dr.Schrafl for his contribution to the Company, and wish him well for the future.
Dealings in the Company's ordinary shares remain suspended.
