Changes to the Board
Retirement of the Chair of the Audit Committee
and
Appointment of a new Chair of the Audit Committee
Ken Hydon has confirmed that he will retire from the board at the 2018 Annual General Meeting. Ken has been a Non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Merlin Entertainments since 2013.
Trudy Rautio will replace Ken Hydon as Chair of the Audit Committee following his retirement. Trudy was appointed as a Non-executive director in 2015 and is an unlicensed USA certified public accountant and a USA certified management accountant. She has many years' experience in finance having held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Carlson Inc. for eight years before her appointment as Chief Executive Officer for Carlson Inc. in 2012.
