The Board of the Company today announces that Dato' Ahmad Johari Bin Abdul Razak, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board effective 18 November 2014. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Dato' Johari for the contribution he has made during his tenure with the Company and to wish him well for the future.
