Retirement of Director

Earthport plc announces that Peter Chappell, Executive Director and Company Secretary, has informed the Board that he intends to retire from the Company on 31 May 2010.

The Board would like to thank Peter for his efforts and contribution to the Company and we wish him all the best in the future. His duties will be assumed by other members of staff, and further announcements will be made as appropriate. Earthport has strengthened its board with new executive and non-executive appointments in recent months.

Peter Chappell said:
