Fyffes PLC28 February 2007 Fyffes plc Stock Exchange Announcement Retirement of Director Fyffes wishes to announce that Gerry Scanlan has informed the Board of hisintention to retire as a director of the company with effect from 30 April 2007.Gerry has been a director of the company since 1 January 1995.
