Retirement of a non-executive Director
After completing three years as a non-executive director on the Board of Havelock Europa PLC, Michael Derbyshire has decided to step down to pursue two further chairmanship opportunities in the private equity sector. His resignation will take effect on 31 March 2010.
Malcolm Gourlay, Chairman of Havelock commented "Michael Derbyshire has served on the Board of Havelock during a challenging time for the Company and, on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank him for his clear thinking and sound advice. We all wish him well with his new responsibilities."
